In a large mixing bowl, add your tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Add your olives and feta cheese.
Drizzle your olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dried basil, and mix until fully combined.
Lay out your tortilla of choice and start by layering the mixed greens. Top with Greek salad mixture, fold up and enjoy!

TO STORE: Once assembled, these wraps should be eaten as soon as possible to enjoy the fresh flavor and crunchy texture of the vegetables. With this said, you can wrap leftover wraps with clingfilm and store them in the fridge for 1-2 days.
