Throughout my high school and early days of university, I’ve had several blogs ranging from my interests, journey to better health, or a means of travel updates for friends and family back home. However, after a few months or upon my return from an overseas venture, these would soon become redundant. So what makes this blog any different to my other ones?
Well, the focus on this blog will incorporate all of those subjects with particular emphasis on healthy living and health- two areas of my life which have seen incredible changes and issues.
My sister has been a long time reader of the ever popular ‘Healthy Living Blogs’ often attaining inspiration for workouts, meals and achieving a healthy balance. A trend she noticed within these blogs was the lack of male bloggers with the same focus and thus, suggested to me to start one knowing my interest in this area.
So this will hopefully be the beginning of my journey through fitness, food, travelling and other endeavours of a 20 something year old guy seeking self discovery.
