A delicious no bake, high protein snack which takes less than 20 minutes to whip up- Perfect for snacking between meals or before and after a workout! Gluten free and very low in sugar too! Vegan option too!
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, sea salt and mix well. Stir through the nut butter until it is crumbled within the dry mixture. Using a tablespoon at a time, add liquid of choice until a very thick batter is formed.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, sea salt and mix well. Stir through the nut butter until it is crumbled within the dry mixture. Using a tablespoon at a time, add liquid of choice until a thick batter is formed.
Form small, palm sized balls with each mixture. Using a sharp knife, slice each ball in half and using your hands, add one half of the chocolate ball to the vanilla ball and press firmly. Do so with the rest of the balls until all the mixture is used up.
Notes
* Use a tablespoon at a time and eyeball the batter. You may need more/less liquid. These protein cookie dough balls can be kept at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to a month.Adapted from Nutella Breakfast Cookie Dough
