An easy recipe for healthy low carb peanut butter chocolate bars which are no bake and need 4 ingredients! Ready in just 5 minutes, this keto, and sugar free dessert is also naturally dairy free, vegan and gluten-free, with a paleo and nut-free option!
Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine your peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice) with sticky sweetener and melt. Add your coconut flour and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour your peanut butter filling into the lined pan and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once firm, cut into 20 bars and place back in the freezer.
While the cut up bars is setting, prepare your chocolate by either making your own or melting chocolate chips. Once ready, use two forks and dip each peanut butter bar in the chocolate and ensure it is evenly coated. Once coated, place on a lined plate or tray and refrigerate until firm.
