The taste and texture of real cookie dough in a healthy breakfast form and completely edible in this state too- It has no eggs! You only need one bowl and five minutes to prep this cookie dough for one and it fits most dietary lifestyles- It's paleo, gluten free, vegan, dairy free and refined sugar free! It's also pefect to prep the night before!
In a small mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir through the nut butter of choice and maple syrup (if using it) until a very crumbly mixture remains.
Using a tablespoon at a time, add the dairy free milk of choice until a VERY thick batter is formed- Stir through chocolate chips and refrigerate overnight/for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately.
Notes
* I recommend using coconut flour it works with oats/oat flour too- You'll need to decrease the dairy free milk considerably. ** This is optional but highly recommended- If you omit, you'll need to decrease the dairy free milk and ensure you add 1-2 T granulated sweetener of choice. ** Depending on the protein powder you use and the flour, you may need more- Adjust accordingly. This is best made the night before to really firm up but tastes delicious as is. It is freezer friendly too!
