In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses filled with ice and serve.

TO STORE: Peanut butter coffee can be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 weeks. TO FREEZE: Place the coffee in ice cube trays or a shallow container and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to drink, simply reblend it until completely smooth.
