A copycat recipe of one of the most delicious candy and chocolate bars out there- The bounty or mound bar! This healthy 4 ingredient no bake mound bounty bars are naturally paleo, vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free and low carb!

Instructions
Line a loaf pan or 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Add your shredded coconut in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, melt your coconut oil. Pour over the shredded coconut and add the pure maple syrup. Mix very well.
Pour the coconut mixture into the lined baking dish and refrigerate for an hour, or until firm. Once firm, melt your chocolate of choice and pour over the coconut bar. Refrigerate until chocolate has firmed up. Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
4 Ingredient No Bake Mound Bounty Bars should be kept refrigerated but can be kept at room temperature, as long as they are covered. These are also freezer friendly.
