Homemade Cherry Pie Larabars (Whole30, Paleo, Vegan)
These homemade cherry pie larabars are cheaper than storebought and take minutes to whip up! Made with just 3 Ingredients (YES!), these no bake bars are whole30, paleo and vegan. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined sugar free.
Line an 8 x 8-inch pan or loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, add your raw almond and blend until a coarse texture remains.
Add your dried cherries and pitted dates and blend until fully incorporated, scraping down the sides at regular intervals.
Once a thick dough remains, transfer from blender/food processor to the lined pan and press firmly in place. Refrigerate until firm before slicing into 16 bars.
Notes
* Make sure the dates are firmly packed (filled to the brim of 3/4 cup). If you use standard dates, use the soaked amount, not the pre-soaked amount. If the Larabar dough seems a little tough, continue blending and add a tablespoon or two or water if needed.Homemade Cherry Pie Larabars can be kept at room temperature. It's best to wrap each one individually. They are best kept refrigerated and are freezer friendly.
