  • Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats, peanut butter, and syrup of choice and mix until fully combined. 
  • Lightly wet your hands. Form 24 small balls using the no bake cookie dough. Place the balls on the lined plate and press each one into a cookie shape. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until it has firmed up. 

Notes

* You can use agave, brown rice syrup or honey (if not strictly vegan). To keep it 100% sugar-free, use a monk fruit sweetened maple syrup.
