These Nutella bites come together with just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time. Each bite is full of rich, nutty chocolate flavor and an irresistibly smooth, creamy texture. Good luck stopping at just one!
Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the Nutella, coconut flour, and milk and mix until a thick dough remains. Fold through the chocolate chips.
Using slightly wet hands, roll out the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place them on the lined plate and refrigerate for an hour to firm up.
Notes
TO STORE. Because of the milk, it’s best to store the balls in the fridge. Keep them in an airtight container with layers of parchment paper between them to prevent sticking, and they’ll stay good for up to one week. TO FREEZE. Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container between sheets of parchment paper and freeze them for up to 6 months. Let frozen leftovers thaw overnight in the fridge before enjoying.
