These healthy candy bar blondies are the BEST way to use up leftover holiday or Halloween candy! Whether you use candy or not, they are the perfect dessert- Low carb, sugar free, eggless and insanely delicious!
1/2cupcandy of choiceOptional- you can substitute this with extra chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the basic blondie mix as directed.
Fold through your chocolate chips/candy of choice, reserving a few to top the blondies with. Transfer for the pan.
Bake the blondies for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer comes out the center just clean.
Remove blondies from the oven and allow cooling in the pan completely before slicing into 12 bars.

Healthy Candy Bar Blondies can be stored at room temperature in a sealed container, for up to 5 days. They can also be stored in the fridge in a sealed container, for up to 7 days. They are freezer friendly and will keep well frozen for up to 6 months.
