Quick, easy and portable no bake granola cups using just three ingredients and completely paleo friendly! Made with wholesome ingredients and packed with nutrients, this oat free and grain-free granola cups is also gluten free, vegan and dairy free!
Line a 12 count muffin tray with 8 -12 muffin tins/paper cups and set aside. (Use 12 for smaller cups, 8 for large cups).
In a large mixing bowl, add your paleo and grain free granola of choice and set aside.
Stovetop or in the microwave, melt your almond butter with your pure maple syrup until combined. Pour over the paleo granola and mix until fully incorporated.
Divide evenly amongst the muffin tins/cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
* Depending on which granola you use, you may need a little bit more maple syrup- If too crumbly, add an extra tablespoon. Paleo granola cups are freezer friendly. They can be kept at room temperature.
