For the ultimate gourmet burger experience, serve these grilled wagyu burgers for dinner! The luxurious wagyu beef is rich and buttery, and served on brioche buns with melted cheese and simple, complimentary toppings.
Divide the ground wagyu into four patties and season both sides with salt and pepper. Make an indentation into the center of each patty to cook more evenly.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grease the grates.
Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
While the burgers are cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill.
Once the burgers are almost done, add a slice of cheese on top of each one and let it grill for another minute.
Remove the wagyu patties from the grill and assemble them into burgers. Spread mayonnaise onto one side, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and sauteed mushrooms.
