Elevate your burger experience with these grilled Wagyu burgers! The patties are rich and buttery and cook in minutes. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
Divide the ground wagyu into four patties and season both sides with salt and pepper. Make an indentation into the center of each patty to cook more evenly.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grease the grates.
Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness (130-155F for medium rare, or up to 165F for well done).
While the burgers are cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill.
Once the burgers are almost done, add a slice of cheese on top of each one and let it grill for another minute.
Remove the wagyu patties from the grill and assemble them into burgers. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
