Just three easy ingredients and five minutes are needed to make these delicious no bake bites which taste exactly like a Butterfinger candy bar! Unlike the traditional candy bar, these bites are lower in saturated fats, gluten free and come with a tested vegan option! The perfect sweet snack or dessert to enjoy, especially during Halloween!
1 1/2cupsbreadcrumbs of choiceI used Flatout gluten free made into breadcrumbs
Sprinkles or cocoa for coatingoptional
Line a large plate with baking paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and frosting and mix well. Add the melted peanut butter and mix until fully incorporated. If mixture is too crumbly, continue adding more peanut butter until a very thick batter is formed. If mixture is too moist, add more breadcrumbs until a thick batter is formed.
Roll into bite-sized balls and roll into sprinkles or cocoa if desired. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up and enjoy!
These no bake bites are freezer friendly and are best to be kept refrigerated.
