This rocky road fudge features a rich and creamy chocolate fudge base studded with marshmallows, peanuts, and candy! It's a foolproof 5 ingredient no bake dessert.
Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your chocolate with condensed milk. Whisk together until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Fold through the peanuts, marshmallows, and gummy candy.
Transfer the rocky road fudge mixture into the lined pan and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
Once firm, use a sharp knife to slice into bite-sized pieces.
