Give your basic egg salad a fun and unique twist with these sweet chilli version which are insanely delicious and waist friendly! These skinny sweet chilli egg salad wraps contain no mayonnaise and use sweet chilli sauce and fresh vegetables for flavor and texture- The perfect grab and go lunch or easy dinner idea!

4boiled eggschopped finely
1cupred bell pepperdiced finely
1/2cupfirmly packed baby spinach
1tspred pepper flakes
1/4cupsweet chilli sauce of choice
2x Flatout Flatbreads of choiceI used both the ProteinUP and the original ones
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled eggs, bell pepper, baby spinach and mix well. Add the red pepper, black pepper and sea salt and mix until combined.
Stir through the sweet chilli sauce until all the ingredients are covered completely.
Divide the mixture between two Flatout wraps and wrap and enjoy or freeze for later consumption.
This recipe can easily be doubled, tripled etc- Just adjust ingredients accordingly. These are freezer friendly too- Check above the recipe post for directions.
