An easy and secretly healthy recipe for M & M cookies that are actually keto, vegan and sugar free! Made with low carb candy buttons, these soft and chewy cookies take 15 minutes and come with a paleo option!
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prepare a Silpat cookie sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your wet ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Combine your dry and wet ingredients and mix until just combined. If the batter is crumbly, add extra applesauce (or a small amount of milk).
sing your hands, form 12 small balls of dough and place on the cookie sheet. Press into a cookie shape evenly distribute the chocolate buttons on each cookie. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on the tray for 10 minutes, before carefully transferring to a wire rack until completely cool.
