These Almond Butter Protein Balls are dates, almond butter and raw almonds blended together, then formed into soft and chewy bite-sized balls. The ultimate whole30, gluten-free, and vegan snack!
In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all your ingredients and blend well, until fully incorporated and a thick dough remains. Ensure you regularly scrape down the sides.
Transfer the almond butter energy ball batter into a large mixing bowl. Line a large plate with parchment paper.
Lightly wet your hands and form 20 small balls with the dough, and place on the lined plate. Refrigerate until firm.
