2 Ingredient Copycat Crunch Bars
Just two ingredients are needed to make these copycat crunch bars which now become allergen-friendly, gluten-free and vegan! Ready in just 5 minutes, these are the perfect way to get your chocolate fix and can be made sugar-free!

Ingredients
1 1/2
cups
dairy free or sugar-free baking chips of choice
1/4-1/2
cup
gluten-free crispy rice cereal of choice
Instructions
Line a baking dish or tray with baking paper and grease lightly. Pour your crispy rice cereal in it and evenly spread it out.
In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, melt your chocolate. Once melted, pour over the crispy rice cereal. Refrigerate until firm.
Break apart into bite sized pieces and enjoy.
Notes
These can be kept at room temperature in an air-tight container or refrigerated/frozen.
