Ingredients

all purpose flour
gluten free, if needed

tablespoon
allulose
erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or allulose
1/8
teaspoon
baking powder
1
tablespoon
oil
2
tablespoons
milk
i used unsweetened almond milk

tablespoon
sugar free chocolate chips
optional
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter remains.
Transfer the batter into a greased mug or microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 50-60 seconds, or until the top is mostly firm.
Remove the dessert from the microwave and let sit for a minute, before enjoying.
