Ingredients
6chicken drumsticks
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonbrown sugar
2tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
In a small bowl, add the baking powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar, and mix well.
Pat dry the chicken drumsticks. Toss the drumsticks through the spice mix then drizzle the oil all over.
Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for a further 6-8 minutes, or until cooked and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
