Place the loaf pan and mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, remove the bowl from the freezer. Using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Gradually fold through the condensed milk mix into the whipped cream.
Evenly distribute the ice cream mix amongst 3 small bowls. Add food coloring to each one and mix well.
Remove the loaf pan from the freezer and drop spoonfuls of each color throughout. Cover the pan and place back into the freezer until frozen.

Notes
STORAGE: Store leftover ice cream in a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 1 month. Avoid refreezing since that will lead to the formation of ice crystals.
