This healthy burger recipe is the best of both worlds- juicy patties that have all the flavor, minus all the fat and calories. I love how quickly they cook up.
In a mixing bowl, combine all your burger patty ingredients and mix until combined.
Lightly wet your hands and shape the mixture into eight thin patties.
Add oil to a non-stick grill pan or charcoal grill and cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat until all the patties are cooked.
Assemble with your favorite buns and burger fillings.

Only the burger patties can be stored to enjoy later- not the assembled burgers.TO STORE: Leftover burger patties can be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to five days.TO FREEZE: Place the cooked and cooled burgers in a shallow container and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.TO REHEAT: Either microwave the burgers for 20-30 seconds or reheat them in a non-stick pan until hot.
