Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Grease a non-stick skillet and set aside.
Gently pound the chicken breast fillets to around an inch in thickness. Rub olive oil over them.
In a small bowl, mix together the spices them rub them over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken in the skillet and bake for 8-9 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the oven once they reach an internal temperature of 165F.

TO STORE: Store leftover baked chicken breast in an airtight container in the fridge. When stored this way, it should last up to 3-4 days.TO REHEAT: Transfer the chicken breast to a baking dish or skillet and heat at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until it reaches your desired temperature. Or, microwave the chicken in 30-second intervals until fully reheated.TO FREEZE: Allow leftover chicken to cool completely before transferring it over to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to 6 months.
