Ingredients

Greek yogurt

rolled oats

or coconut sugar

baking powder

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease a 12-count muffin tin or add muffin liners to it.
In a high speed blender or food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Evenly distribute the batter amongst a 12-count muffin tin and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
