My family cannot resist these air fryer chicken bites. They are perfectly seasoned and always juicy and tender. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
In a large mixing bowl, add the diced chicken, olive oil, Italian seasoning, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
Grease the air fryer basket and add a single layer of the chicken. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Repeat the process until all the chicken is cooked up.

TO STORE: Leftover chicken bites should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. TO FREEZE: Let the chicken cool completely, store it in freezer-safe containers, and freeze for up to 3 months. TO REHEAT: To maintain the crispy texture, reheat the chicken in the air fryer at 350F or in the oven at 375F until warm. Thawing frozen chicken bites is not necessary–just increase the cooking time.
