My air fryer peaches remind me so much of grilled peaches, but faster, sweeter, and without all the fuss. The peaches become soft and juicy in the middle while caramelizing beautifully around the edges.
Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or an air fryer liner. Place the peach halves cut-side up on top. Brush the cut side of each peach half generously with the mixture.
Cook for 8 minutes, or until the tops are golden and jammy and the flesh is tender.
Remove the peaches from the air fryer and let them sit for a minute so the juices thicken. Serve with vanilla ice cream, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
Leftovers: Keep in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days. I like to reheat them in the air fryer or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
