My family can never resist these air fryer red potatoes. They are crispy on the outside and buttery soft in the middle. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
In a large bowl, add the red potatoes, olive oil, dried Rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix until fully coated.
Place a single layer of potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Repeat the process until all the potatoes are cooked.

TO STORE: Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. TO FREEZE: Let the leftovers cool completely, then place them in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3 months. TO REHEAT: Reheat leftovers in the air fryer, oven, or microwave until warm.
