Ingredients
1smallbanana frozen
1/4cupprotein powderI use chocolate protein powder
1/2cupalmond milkunsweetened
1teaspoonchia seeds
1tablespooncocoa powderI use dark cocoa powder
8ice cubes
Instructions
Place the frozen banana, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy immediately.

For a sweeter protein shake, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey.TO STORE. Protein shakes are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have any leftovers, store them in the fridge in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Give it a good mix before serving in case there’s any separation. TO FREEZE. Freeze any leftover shake in an ice cube tray, then store the cubes in a freezer-safe bag for up to 6 months. To re-blend, add the cubes with a splash of milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
