Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 190C/375F.
Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch pieces.
Place the kielbasa slices in the air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute.
Serve immediately or toss through your favorite sauce.
Notes
Cook kielbasa in an even layer with no overlapping. If need be, cook in batches.
If your kielbasa is not fully cooked, continue air frying in 30-second increments until done.
Using raw kielbasa
: Air fry for ten minutes instead of six minutes.
Leftovers
