Place the eggs in a microwave safe bowl. Add the salt and enough water to submerge the eggs.
Microwave the eggs for 4 minutes on 50% of the powder, then let them sit for a minute. Microwave for another 4 minutes on full power.
Transfer the eggs to an ice bath before pealing and serving.

TO STORE: Place leftover unpeeled eggs in an airtight container with a lid and store them in the refrigerator for up to five days. Peeled eggs will stay fresh for up to three days. TO REHEAT: Place the eggs in a bowl of warm water for 15 minutes.
