1/4cupcocoa powderfeel free to add more, for a richer chocolate flavor
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, sift your cocoa powder to avoid any clumps. Add the protein powder and sugar and mix well.
Add 7 tablespoons of the dry mixture into a large mug.
Add 1/4 cup of boiling water and mix very well until everything is combined and no clumps remain. Add 1/2-1 cup of either hot water or warmed-up milk of choice, mix again and enjoy!

To store hot cocoa mix: Hot cocoa mix should be covered in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months. To store hot chocolate: I prefer to drink fresh hot chocolate, but if you have any leftovers, you can store it in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Then, transfer it to a microwave-safe mug and microwave or heat on the stovetop until warm.
