My family loves having a protein smoothie for breakfast every morning. Each smoothie is super thick and creamy and packs in over 40 grams of protein each. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
Add the almond milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, almonds, and frozen strawberries into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a glass and enjoy.

TO STORE: Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Be sure to thoroughly mix it before drinking. TO FREEZE: Pour the smoothie into either an ice cube tray or a shallow container and freeze for up to 6 months. To re-mix, place the frozen cubes into a blender with a splash of milk and blend until smooth.
