Healthy Flourless Protein Cookie Dough Brownies (Paleo, Vegan, Gluten Free) made for clean eating snacking or dessert. A thick, fudgy flourless protein brownie base with an edible eggless cookie dough topping!
Preheat the oven the 350 Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch pan or layer with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a blender or large mixing bowl, add your brownie ingredients until combined. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out just clean. Allow to cool completely.
While brownies are cooking, prep your edible eggless cookie dough as instructed in the link. For a thicker frosting, coat as it is. For a thinner, creamy frosting, add milk of choice.
Once brownies have cooled, top with cookie dough frosting and refrigerate until slightly firm. Slice into bars and enjoy!
