This keto sandwich is proof you CAN have sandwiches on a low carb diet! Spread with creamy avocado and loaded with fresh veggies, there are tons of filling options!
Spread one piece of toasted bread with avocado, then add the tomato, baby spinach, and cheese. Place the second piece of bread on to, slice in half and serve.
