Ingredients
1cupfrozen mixed berries
1/2-3/4cupmilk of choice* See notes
1-2tablespooncashew buttercan substitute for any nut or seed butter of choice
1tablespoonchia seeds
1frozen bananaoptional
Instructions
Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until desired consistency- For a thicker, ice cream like smoothie, blend less. If smoothie is too thick, add more milk of choice.
