  • In a large mixing bowl, add your tahini- It should be smooth and mixable. If it is slightly stiff or firm, heat it up in the microwave or stove-top. 
  • Add your sticky syrup of choice and mix well. Add your coconut flour and mix thoroughly, until fully incorporated. If the batter is too thin, continue to add coconut flour until a thick batter remains. 
  • Line a large plate with parchment paper. Using your hands, form the dough into small balls. Place on the lined plate and refrigerate until firm. 


* Can sub for sunflower seed butter or soy nut butter (wow butter).
