In a high speed blender or food processor, add your chopped avocado and blend until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut cream, and melted chocolate, and blend until completely smooth and combined.
Distribute the mousse amongst 8 glasses or serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to firm up.

TO STORE: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. TO FREEZE: Place the mousse in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 months. Let it thaw overnight.
