This grilled mahi mahi is a delicious fish recipe that takes less than 7 minutes to make! Tender, flaky, and perfectly cooked every time, you can flavor it any way you like.
Dry the mahi mahi fillets with a paper towel to soak up excess liquid.
Add the fish into a bowl and drizzle the oil over it. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides.
Lightly grease a grill. When hot, add the fish and and cook for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the fish from the grill, drizzle lemon juice on top, and serve immediately.
