My air fryer carrots are crisp on the outside and soft and tender in the middle. They cook in just 10 minutes and work with standard or baby carrots. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen.
Add the carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Add the seasoned carrots to an air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Remove the carrots from the air fryer and repeat the process until all the carrots are cooked.

TO STORE: Put the leftovers in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. TO FREEZE: Place leftovers in a shallow container and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months. TO REHEAT: Place the carrots in the air fryer and reheat at 200C/400F for 2-3 minutes, shaking once. Recipe variations
Sweet and savory. Add one teaspoon of maple syrup and sprinkle some coarse brown sugar once cooked.
Honey glazed. Once the carrots have been removed from the air fryer, drizzle some honey on top.
Different spices. Try garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, or taco seasoning.
Fresh herbs. Like fresh thyme, parsley, and Rosemary.
