These air fryer carrots are crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. They cook in ten minutes for an easy veggie side dish.

peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks or 1/4-inch matchsticks

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 180C/350F.
Add the carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Add the seasoned carrots to an air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Remove the carrots from the air fryer and repeat the process until all the carrots are cooked.

Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
To serve
: I like finely grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
