Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 135C/275F.
Arrange the eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. I can cook up to 12 eggs in my air fryer.
Air fry for 13 1/2 minutes.
Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them sit for 5 minutes before peeling.

For jammy eggs
: I recommend removing them from the air fryer at the 11 minute mark.
Peeling tip:
I like to gently tap the egg and roll it between my fingers for easy removal.
Storage:
Place leftover (unpeeled) eggs in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 4-5 days. Peeled eggs will stay fresh for up to four days.
