button mushrooms
halved

garlic

olive oil

tablespoons
butter

tablespoon
soy sauce

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 180C/350F. Grease an air fryer basket.
In a mixing bowl, add the mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, melted butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and mix well.
Transfer the mushrooms to the air fryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
