* To keep it dairy free, use dairy free butter or ghee.You can only store the keto coffee to enjoy later if you intend to enjoy it chilled. TO STORE: I recommend enjoying your coffee fresh since the oils will harden in the fridge. That said, you could store leftover coffee in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 days, then microwave it when you’re ready to drink. TO FREEZE: Store leftover coffee in an ice cube tray, freeze it, then store the ice cubes in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
