Just four healthy ingredients are needed to whip up these gooey, fudgy chocolate brownies which boast a hefty dose of protein! Dark, rich and subtly sweet, depending on the size you cut them, pack in over 15 grams of protein per serving! Naturally gluten free, vegan, paleo, keto and low carb!
1cupalmond buttercan substitute for peanut butter or alternative

Instructions
Preheat the oven the 180C/350 degrees, grease a square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a blender, food processor or large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder, and almond butter and blend/mix until smooth. Fold through chocolate chips if using them.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for around 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven gently press down with your hands to create crinkly tops. Allow to cool before drizzling with chocolate and slicing.

I do NOT recommend whey protein powder- It lends itself to a gummy texture.You don't need to blend or process all ingredients, but they lend a smoother texture- Although I do like my banana chunks in themThese brownies are not super sweet, as the protein powders used all had sweetener in them.
