Healthy Popsicles
This healthy popsicle recipe is wildly refreshing and made with just 3 base ingredients. Made with no dairy OR refined sugar, I love how easy they are to customize!

Ingredients

ounces
canned coconut milk
full fat
1 1/2
cups
orange juice
No added sugar * See notes

tablespoon
honey
or maple syrup
Instructions
In a high speed blender or food processor, add the coconut milk, orange juice, and honey and blend very well, until smooth.
Distribute the mixture evenly amongst the 6 popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Once set, remove from the molds and enjoy.
