My family cannot resist this honey garlic salmon recipe. It features crispy seared salmon with the most incredible sweet and savory sauce that cooks up in 10 minutes. Watch the video below to see how I make it in my kitchen!
Slice the salmon into 4 fillets and remove the bones with tweezers.
Pat dry the salmon with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne on both sides.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and set aside.
Heat the non-stick frying pan with olive oil and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
Pour the sauce in the pan and cook until the sauce starts getting thicker, searing the salmon on all sides.

Notes
TO STORE: Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. TO FREEZE: Let the salmon cool completely, then wrap the fillets in plastic wrap and freeze them in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before reheating. TO REHEAT: Microwave single portions for 30-40 seconds or reheat the fillets in a skillet over medium-low heat, flipping often until warm.
