Add the rolled oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup, protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter and milk to a blender and blend until desired consistency. If too thick, add more milk.
Transfer to a glass and enjoy.

For a more filling and thicker smoothie, feel free to add a frozen banana or frozen berries.TO STORE: While best enjoyed fresh, this smoothie can be stored in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Stir it well before serving.TO FREEZE: Pour the smoothie into ice cube trays and freeze for 6 months. When ready to re-blend, place the smoothie cubes into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
