While cookies are cooling, prepare your cinnamon bun frosting of choice. To do this, combine all ingredients and mix until a thick frosting is formed.
Divide the frosting evenly amongst the cookies and sprinkle with cinnamon. For a thicker, firmer texture, refrigerate for 10 minutes
